On July 27, 2024, Thinh Phu Furniture celebrated a remarkable milestone with a vibrant team-building event held at the picturesque Ai Hoai Hai Beach. The day was a fantastic blend of unity, fun, and reflection as we commemorated our 10th anniversary.
A Day of Team Building and Connection The morning was filled with energy as we participated in various team-building activities under the theme “Work Hard, Play Hard.” These games were designed to foster connections among our team members, helping to strengthen relationships and promote collaboration. It was incredible to witness the enthusiasm and teamwork displayed by everyone, reinforcing the importance of our collective efforts in driving the company forward.
Time to Relax and Rejuvenate After an action-packed morning, we transitioned into a fun-filled swimming session. The beautiful beach setting provided the perfect environment for employees to relax, unwind, and connect on a personal level outside of the workplace.
Gala Dinner: “We Are One” As the evening approached, we gathered for a spectacular gala dinner themed “We Are One.” This gathering was not only a celebration of our achievements over the past decade but also a reinforcement of our identity as a united team. A special video presentation highlighted our journey, showcasing photos of our factory from its humble beginnings back in 2014, founded by Mr. Tommy Nguyen and Ms. Nghi Chau with just a few members, to our current stature with over 200 talented team members.
During the dinner, we proudly shared the exciting news of our recent BSCI certification. After months of hard work to elevate our factory standards to meet international social responsibility benchmarks, this achievement reflects our commitment to excellence and makes us even more eager to serve our customers better.
Looking Ahead with Confidence As we celebrate these milestones, we also embrace the future with renewed confidence. With the strong foundation we have built over the last 10 years, we are fully optimistic about the opportunities that lie ahead. The camaraderie and dedication demonstrated during the team-building event reaffirmed our belief that together, we can achieve even greater heights.
